Return Policy

We want you to love your DP Kart purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
• Items damaged due to customer misuse
• Items without original tags or packaging

How to Return

To initiate a return:

1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
2. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return
3. Follow the prompts to generate a return label
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
5. Attach the return label and ship the package

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@thedpkart.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
