7-Day Return Policy

Return unused items within 7 days of delivery for full refund.

Conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Certificate and invoice must be included
• No signs of wear or damage

Lifetime Exchange

Exchange gold jewelry anytime at current gold rates. Upgrade to new designs or exchange for different items. Applicable on all gold jewelry purchases.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized jewelry
• Engraved items
• Pierced earrings (hygiene reasons)
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Refund will be credited to original payment method. For COD orders, bank transfer will be initiated.
