2. Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment must be made in full before shipping. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and COD (on select orders).

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Delivery time is 5-7 business days. Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000. All shipments are insured and require signature on delivery.

4. Returns & Exchanges

7-day return policy on unused items with original tags and packaging. Lifetime exchange on gold jewelry at current gold rates. Custom-made items are non-returnable.

5. Warranty

1-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Lifetime warranty on hallmark purity. Watches come with manufacturer warranty as specified.
